New to the fleet in 2005, 'Pamina' is without doubt a very comfortable teak-decked
blue-water yacht, with a superb turn of speed. Below decks, the 3 double
cabin and twin head layout allows ample space for her very fortunate occupants.
'Pamina' is optimised for Scottish sailing, with upgrades including a deep fin, lead/antimony, keel improving her windward performance, not to mention stability. A bow-thruster to enhance handling under power has also been fitted.
A
fully-battened mainsail has an additional reef and a convenient 'Packamain'
storage system. The electric windlass makes anchoring (almost) fun.
Top quality electronic instrumentation has been fitted throughout 'Pamina', including colour chart plotting/GPS system, wind instruments, VHF radio and a radio/CD player. Paper charts and other, traditional navigation equipment, are also provided.
In
the spacious, mahogany saloon you will find a table large enough to seat
the crew and guests and, if you use 'Pamina' at the beginning or end of
the season, you may choose to use the programmable central heating system.
There is running hot water to the galley and head. In the galley there is a double burner stove with oven, fridge, twin sinks and ample storage space. As well as the three double cabins there is one single berth in the saloon.
